At Vertex Carbon, we strive to provide premium carbon fiber steering wheels and automotive accessories that meet the highest standards of quality. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the specialty nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or buyer's remorse.

If you have any questions regarding fitment or compatibility, please contact us before placing your order. We're happy to help ensure you order the correct product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To begin a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A video showing the issue (if applicable)
  • Photos of the shipping box if shipping damage is suspected

Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will either:

  • Ship a replacement product, or
  • Issue a full refund

at our discretion or based on the circumstances.

Incorrect Item Ordered

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product for their vehicle before purchasing.

If the wrong item was ordered, we may offer an exchange if:

  • The item is unused
  • The item has not been installed
  • The item is returned in its original condition and packaging

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If an exchange is not possible because we do not carry the correct product, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error made by Vertex Carbon.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, Vertex Carbon will work with the customer to either:

  • Ship a replacement order, or
  • Issue a full refund

once the carrier's investigation has been completed and the package has been officially declared lost.

90-Day Limited Warranty

Vertex Carbon products include a 90-Day Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused during installation
  • Improper installation
  • Accidents, misuse, or abuse
  • Cosmetic damage after installation
  • Product modifications or alterations
  • Damage caused by improper maintenance
  • Water or liquid damage to electronic components

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Steering Wheel Information

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing:

  • Factory airbags are not included
  • Factory buttons are not included
  • Some Factory trim pieces are not included
  • Factory paddle shifters are not included
  • OEM components from your original steering wheel are intended to be reused during installation.

Please review each product listing carefully, as included components may vary by model.
