Thank you for shopping with Vertex Carbon. We appreciate your business and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.


Order Processing

Most steering wheel orders require approximately 1 week of processing before they are ready to ship.

Once your order has arrived at our facility and passed our inspection, it will typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability or order volume.


Shipping Rates

We currently offer:

Standard U.S. Shipping — $14.99

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and apply to each order.


Shipping Locations

Vertex Carbon currently ships within the United States only.

International shipping is not available at this time.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers, including:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • Other reliable shipping providers when appropriate

We choose the carrier that provides the best service for your order.


Estimated Delivery

After your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Shipping Address Changes

Customers may request changes to their shipping address before the order has shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.


Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us.

Once the carrier has completed its investigation and officially confirms the package is lost, Vertex Carbon will work with you to either:

  • Ship a replacement order, or
  • Issue a full refund

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • A video of the damage, if applicable

This helps us resolve your claim as quickly as possible.


Delays

Vertex Carbon is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Other events outside our control
