Vertex Carbon is not responsible for orders placed for the wrong vehicle.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

After 24 hours, orders may no longer be cancelled.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, Vertex Carbon reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Currently, Vertex Carbon ships within the United States only.

Shipping times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Customers assume full responsibility for installation.

  • Towing expenses

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product.

Warranty coverage is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Normal wear, misuse, improper installation, accidents, and modifications are not covered.
